Crepe of spinach with cream and rose sauce.

Main Course -Traditional steak “bife de chorizo a las brazas” -Grilled chicken with potato volcano and wild rice. -Grilled trout served with julienned sautéed mushrooms and crispy potato pearls. -Pasta: Mozzarella and spinach ravioli, Spaghetti or Penne Rigate. -Sauces: Rose, fileto, cream, four cheeses, bolognese.

Drinks -Cabernet – Malbec – Sauvignon Blanc (half bottle per person). -Soft drinks, mineral water with or without gas.

Starter – Gourmet: Sweetbreads of heart, prawns, arugula and golden shower of pai potatoes with Malbec reduction. -Crepes stuffed with tomatoes, cheese and thin slices of basil in a variety of sauces. -Centolla with lime cream, mixed greens and tomato confit. -Mediterranean: Serrano ham, green bouquet and cheese slices. -Prawns with sautéed peppers and endives.

Main Course – Tenderloin medallion with mushroom duxelle, rustic potatoes, mushrooms, sautéed with fine herbs. -Great grilled chorizo steak with glazed vegetables and rustic potatoes. -Grilled Patagonian trout served with cous cous and glazed vegetables. -Patagonian trout in saffron sauce with cous cous and sautéed mushrooms. -White poultry grille with wild rice, scallions and mushrooms. -Spaghetti in squid ink with basil, fresh tomatoes and cream sauce with prawns.
